Although we are highly trained in the science of diagnosing and treating PTSD and other trauma-related concerns, we also value the art of being deeply present with pain. Trauma deserves and requires space to reevaluate ourselves, our relationships, and our futures.

Importantly, we do not attend only to the distress and disruption trauma causes, but also the growth and strength that result from struggle.

Individual Therapy

Research has shown that individual therapy is the most effective approach to address posttraumatic stress. We offer EMDR, a well-known, evidence-based approach to working through trauma.
